Shipment Processing Times

Normal Shipment Times: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped. We will notify you once your order has been shipped, and you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).

International Shipment Times: For international orders, please allow 5-7 weeks from the ship date for your package to be delivered. Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and the international courier used. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Shipments Placed During a Giveaway Promotion: If your order was placed during a giveaway promotion, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. This is to accommodate the additional volume of orders during promotional events.
